c) APM and IT Infrastructure Data

d) Real Variable Platform Data

Where MAIT acts as an authorized reseller and implementation partner for the Real Variable suite (Real Collab, Real Traceability, Real Demand, Real Warranty, Real Green), we may process client business data entered into or managed through these platforms as part of deployment, configuration, and ongoing support services.

e) Connectnow.ai and AI Services Data

Where MAIT deploys or integrates AI solutions through our authorized Connectnow.ai partnership or our 3Aflow AI service, business and operational data shared with us to configure, train, or integrate AI workflows is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed AI solution.

f) Enterprise System Data

For clients using MAIT-deployed enterprise systems — including Award Management Systems, Event Management Systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Exam Software, or the RESET Learning Bundle — we may process participant, nominee, learner, or event data as instructed by the client organization acting as the data controller. MAIT acts as a data processor in these scenarios.

g) Communications and Support Data

Records of phone calls, emails to info@mait.ae, WhatsApp messages, and any other correspondence with our team are collected and retained to manage client relationships, provide ongoing support, and maintain a project communication trail.

In such cases:

  • MAIT processes that data solely to deliver the contracted service as instructed by the client.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring they have appropriate legal basis to process their own users’ data and for their own privacy policy obligations toward those users.
  • MAIT does not use client-processed data for its own purposes beyond service delivery.
